Who we are
We are a small booking team that knows South London well. Our name comes from the station runs that have always been at the heart of what we do, getting people to and from Crystal Palace, Gipsy Hill and the big London termini with time to spare.
Today, our work covers much more. School runs, hospital appointments, airport transfers, nights out and family trips with the dog. What has not changed is the way we work. Every ride is booked in advance, priced up front and carried out by a licensed driver.
Where we are based
Our office address is 208 Franciscan Rd, London SW17 8HG. Our drivers work across Crystal Palace and the areas around the park, including Upper Norwood, South Norwood, West Norwood, Gipsy Hill, Penge, Anerley, Sydenham, Dulwich, Streatham and Beckenham, plus Ewell on the Surrey side. Our office does not take walk-in passengers. All journeys are pre-booked by phone, online or on WhatsApp.
How we work
Private hire in London is regulated by Transport for London. Every journey must be booked through a licensed operator before it starts, and drivers cannot pick up passengers who flag them down in the street.
Here is how a booking runs with us.
- You book online, by phone on 020 8659 9000 or by WhatsApp
- We confirm the fixed fare and the details by text or email
- The booking is passed to a TfL licensed private hire driver in a licensed vehicle
- The driver arrives at the agreed time and place
- You pay by card or cash, as agreed at booking
Every booking is recorded with the driver, the vehicle and the times, so there is always a clear record of your journey.
Licensing
Bookings are carried out by TfL licensed private hire operators, drivers and vehicles. Our operator licence number is [TfL licence number]. You can check a private hire licence on the Transport for London website.
To hold a TfL private hire driver licence, drivers must pass an enhanced DBS check, a medical, a topographical skills assessment and an English language requirement. Vehicles are licensed and inspected too.

Our services
We offer a school run minicab, a pet friendly minicab, hotel transfers, a 6 seater minicab and a 7 seater minicab. We run transfers to every major London airport and station, including the Crystal Palace to Heathrow Airport transfer and the Crystal Palace to King's Cross minicab.
